FAQ’s
Making a contract with us
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made
a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this.
How to place order
To place an order select the product you like, and select the size from the drop down menu. Click add to cart. Select your country (At the moment we only ship to the UK), and proceed to checkout.
What form of payment do you accept?
We use Paypal as our checkout system. So this includes Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and regular account payments all through PayPal.
Is this store secure?
This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information to the highest possible level, and this counts for all stages of the transaction.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No.
Shipping
Shipping costs vary with every order. All shipping options and costs will be calculated for you in the “Shipping” section during checkout. Shipping costs will be calculated based on weight of package, and shipping location.
After payment is complete, items will be sent out within 2 Working days unless we email you otherwise. The delivery timescale (For the UK) is usually a maximum of 2-3 days from day of sending (We send 1st class). If goods are damaged or lost in transit then let us know promptly.. American orders take between 1 – 2 weeks (often a week, but I just want to be on the safe side).
Cancellation and Returns
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us.
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. A term to this effect is only compulsory if you choose to make the buyer responsible for the cost of returning the goods. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.
If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights — for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Faulty goods
If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
Changes to these terms
These terms were last changed on 6/11/09. These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
Washing and Ironing?
We recommend turning the shirt inside out before washing. The first wash should be a hand wash in cold water and left to dry naturally. The shirt should always be ironed inside out to avoid damage to the design. After the first wash you can then wash your shirt regularly on a 40 degree (I’d prob wash at 30
) wash with similar colours to the t-shirt colour.
